The process

Walkthrough
Luis comes out and sees every room, the stairs, the driveway and anything heavy. You get a free estimate based on what's actually there.
- 02
Protect
Runners go down the stairs and hallways. Floor covering is taped at the seams. Door frames get padded and a ramp goes over the threshold.
- 03
Box & cover the furniture
Moving blankets go around every piece, strapped and stretch-wrapped. Mirrors and glass get their own boxes.
- 04
Label everything
Every box and every wrapped piece gets a room sticker. Family, Master, Office, Kids. If it's on the truck, it's labeled.
- 05
Mark the new house
When we arrive, each room gets marked by the door before anything comes off the truck.

Deliver to the right room
Boxes and furniture go into the room on the label, still wrapped, and the floor protection comes up last.
The label system
Stickers on everything.
Each box and wrapped piece gets a room sticker as it’s packed. At the new house each room is marked the same way. Unpacking starts in the right room instead of the garage.
Packing yourself? (PBO) Boxes packed by owner get the same care, but we don’t label them. Write the room on each one and it’ll land in the right place.

Luis and his Dad did an exceptional job moving a disabled friend's things from VA to to my place in NC. Well equipped with pads for my wood floors and ramps for the door seals. Everything arrived safely. He also hauled away an old mattress for me at the same time and brought another bed up from the basement. Reasonably priced and quick service. Packed up on Friday and done Saturday just after Noon. Thanks guys!

How much does it cost?
Every job is priced after a look: a free walkthrough for moves, and for junk usually just a few photos. You get the number before anything gets lifted.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Moving estimates are free, and you get a price on junk before anything gets lifted. Photos by text work for most junk jobs.
How do the room labels work?
Every box and every wrapped piece gets a room sticker: Family, Master, Office and so on. When we get to the new house we mark each room first, so everything goes back to the same place.
What does PBO mean?
Packed by owner. Those are boxes you pack yourself. We move them with the same care, but we don't label them, so write the room on them and they'll land in the right place.
Can you move us and haul off what we don't want?
